Planning to visit our stand at Vendex in the afternoon? Don’t overdo it on the chilli at lunch!

Vending’s favourite wholesaler, Automatic Retailing, arrives at Old Trafford on top of the league, thanks to an attacking line-up of exciting new products that really hit the back of the net.

Purdey’s would be right up with the contenders if there was an award for ‘The Coolest Drink of 2017’. What’s not to like? The product looks great in its convenient, on-the-go 250ml cans, it has the backing of some serious hipster ads, starring non-other than Idris Elba, in a campaign worth £3m; it’s crammed with tiredness reducing vitamins– so you don’t need a fix of caffeine to give yourself a boost – plus, it’s exempt from the sugar tax.

But that’s not all: Purdey’s is free from artificial flavourings, colours, preservatives and sweeteners and it counts as one of your ‘five a day’. No wonder it’s appearing in more and more vending machines, all over the country!

And here’s a bombshell for you: Grenade sales have exploded in recent weeks. Come to the Automatic Retailing stand (C23), take a bite, take a sip, and you’ll understand why. Grenade is an innovative and trusted sports performance and energy brand that has built up a huge following ranging amongst professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts the world over and it’s won a whole host of awards. More than a few of your vending machines would be shell-shocked if they stocked Grenade…

Goodness knows why you wouldn’t offer your customers ‘Goodness Knows’, the brand-new brand from Mars. Made with fruit, whole nuts, rolled oats and dipped in dark chocolate, Goodness Knows is Mars’s biggest product launch for 20 years.

There are three exciting flavours: cranberry and almond; blueberry, almond and apple; and peanut and almond; backed by £4.6m’s worth of advertising and sampling activity. At just 160 calories and with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, this is a great-tasting snack that’s in demand. Visit us at Vendex and we’ll send you home with a sample or two!

Have you tried the new range of Batchelor’s soups that have been specially designed for vending? No? Then come to our stand at Vendex and we’ll put that right. The jungle drums have been beating about this fab new product – and no wonder. We were so busy a AVEX that we couldn’t get off the stand for lunch. ‘The soup kept us going’, taster-in-chief Lyndsey ‘I’m starving!’ Baxter recalls. ‘It was delicious. Once it’s poured it thickens up quickly and becomes very satisfying meal in itself. In my view it’s the best soup I’ve ever seen in vending.’

Praise indeed; but Dawn, our contact at MannVend, went one further: ‘All I want for Christmas is to have Batchelors soup in stock’, she said. ‘You can forget Prada shoes!’ Come on the stand and taste for yourself what all the fuss is about. It’s available in Chicken, Tomato and Vegetable varieties and it comes in outers of 6 x 750gm.

So, think on: if you’re planning to visit us on the Automatic Retailing stand, number C23, at Vendex in the afternoon, don’t overdo it on the chilli at lunch! See you at Vendex.
