We also employ e-signature technology, a secure mechanism that allows a document to be created, sent and signed electronically rather than on paper. This not only improves accuracy but also significantly cuts down the time and cost associated with signing and processing documents, making the whole process more efficient. Our vendors also benefit from ‘Faster Payments’, a system that allows funds to be transferred within minutes. SieSmart will soon be available as a mobile application, providing users with even greater flexibility.
