Double win for Nayax!

Nayax won the accolade for Best Payment System in respect of VPOS Touch and then added a ‘Highly Commended’ for Customer Service at The Vendies.

Nayax secured the Best Payment System Award for VPOS Touch, its market-leading unattended payments solution that combines cashless payments, telemetry and operational intelligence in a single device. Built specifically for unattended retail environments, VPOS Touch helps operators remove friction from the payment experience while providing real-time visibility into machine performance, sales and consumer behaviour.

Supporting more than 80 payment methods and deployed on over 1.5m machines globally, VPOS Touch enables operators to increase cashless adoption, improve customer experiences and make more informed operational decisions. Features including real-time machine monitoring, offline payment capabilities, loyalty integration and remote management tools help operators maximise uptime, reduce lost sales and drive greater value from their estates.

The award follows the launch of VPOS Media 4, Nayax’s latest payment terminal designed for unattended commerce, which rolled out in the UK last week. Building on the foundations of VPOS Touch, the device introduces PIN-capable payments, enhanced consumer engagement tools and future-ready connectivity, helping operators support the next generation of self-service retail environments.
