Comes Kaffeekontor, the specialist private label product provider, wants to meet you at Vendex Amsterdam

Comes Kaffeekontor : Planet Vending Sits Down with MD, John Willers

British visitors to Vendex Amsterdam will have an important opportunity to expand their industry contacts and one company we recommend you visit at the show is Comes Kaffeekontor.

To break the ice before the Big Day, we asked MD John Willers to introduce his business to British businesses and to share his hopes as an exhibitor at the brand-new vending showcase.

‘Comes Kaffeekontor was founded in 2007 and we specialise in the distribution of instant beverage powders for hot drink vending machines’, he began. ‘In addition to classic instant beverage powders, our product range includes everything needed to operate a hot beverage vending machine, such as cups, stirrers, lids, and other accessories.

‘Our main focus and indeed our greatest expertise lies in the distribution of milk powders, toppings, chocolate powders and coffee, both instant and whole bean, as private-label products for customers of all sizes. We aim to help our customers differentiate themselves from the mass market and e-commerce by offering high-quality products at fair prices.

‘Today, we supply customers throughout Europe and are one of the leading wholesalers in the out-of-home market in the German-speaking region. In the future it’s our aim to grow the business beyond our ‘comfort zone’ to embrace the wider European vending community.’

‘…a reliable partner for operators, distributors and other companies in the vending industry.’

Comes Kaffeekontor’s objective at Vendex Amsterdam is to build on the striking successes of the past nineteen years by establishing new contacts and further strengthening existing partnerships. ‘Vendex Amsterdam offers us the ideal opportunity to introduce Comes Kaffeekontor to an international, professional audience and to highlight our expertise in private-label solutions’, John said. ‘It’s the ideal environment for us to demonstrate that we are a reliable partner for operators, distributors and other companies in the vending industry; a partner offering high-quality filling products and customised product solutions. We invite visitors to visit Stand 48 to see for themselves that Comes Kaffeekontor is much more than a ‘traditional’ supplier. On the contrary, we assume the role of ‘development partner’ for our customers, supporting them in the creation of individual product concepts, from coffee and milk products to cocoa and complete product ranges for hot beverage vending machines. We can supply products which give customers a USP in the marketplace, be that by creating bespoke recipes, individual packaging solutions or tailor-made product concepts.’

‘Vendex Amsterdam brings together key players from different European countries. That’s why the exhibition is an excellent opportunity for Comes Kaffeekontor to explore new markets, strengthen existing relationships, and gain a better understanding of our customers’ needs.’

*John and the Comes Kaffeekontor team can be found on Stand 48. Vendex Amsterdam takes place on 30 September 2026 at EXPO Greater Amsterdam.

Planet Vending’s Editor is Ian Reynolds-Young and it’s Ian’s unique writing talent that has made PV what it is today – the best read (red) vending blog in the world, and vending’s best read (reed). Ian ‘tripped and fell into vending’, in the capacity of PR executive, before launching a specialist agency, ‘reynoldscopy’, dedicated to the UK Vending business. The company continues to represent the interests of many of the sector’s leading brands.

‘It’s all about telling stories’, he says. ‘We want to make every visit to PV a rewarding experience. By celebrating the achievements of the UK’s operating companies, we’re on a mission to debunk the idea that vending is retailing’s poor relation.’
