H2O Direct are returning to Vendex Leeds with their full complement of water filters for every requirement and a prestigious new award to talk about; having achieved ‘Runner-Up’ in the prestigious Watercoolers Europe Acqua Awards 2022, in the category of ‘Best Environmental Practice/Green Initiative’. And that was won up against competition from the multi-nationals…
Alongside their – we can now say ‘award-winning’ – new environmental programme, which has proved to be very popular, H2O has been spending time bringing the industry up to speed regarding IEN Exchange filters.
‘The Variable and Standard head IEN ranges are ideal for the vending industry, as they can be adapted easily for the quality of the water at site’, Jim Redford, the H2O Managing Director said. ‘During the last two years, the industry has taken advantage of the opportunities presented by the lull in business to test these ranges thoroughly, prior to making an informed decision to use H2O products. This has been has been great for us at H2O, because thorough testing is vitally important in cementing customers’ trust in the quality, performance and reliability of our products. With that confidence in us established, customers are realising that they no longer have to expend precious reserves on higher priced alternatives.’
The introduction of H2O’s FX range, for Bacteria/Micro Plastic removal, has added another solution to the filtration market. ‘This specialist range of filters is the first in the world to be NSF 401 certified down to 0.1 Micron, which in layman’s terms is tiny’, Jim said.
Thanks to its growing roster of customers, H2O has been able to expand its team to ensure customer service is maintained at its enviable level. ‘Looking after our customers has always been a priority and the standards we achieve in this repsect are something I put down to the fact that this is a close-knit, family-run business’, Jim said. ‘As you’d expect, the recruitment process has been thorough, so we can be certain that our new recruits share our pride in the business and in the products we offer.’
