Vendman Is On The Warpath

Vendman is on the warpath.

In military terms, there’s often a period of radio silence prior to a major engagement. Likewise, after the acquisition of Vendman by Vianet, not a sound emanated from Hazel Grove – but three months down the line, lines of communication have sprung into life once more. In the interim, Vendman has reorganised its troops, brought in reinforcements and added significant new weaponry; in the process reinforcing its position as the most formidable force in vending management software.

Now doing battle across multiple fronts, Vendman has organised into four divisions.Vendman

John Forde’s outstanding success in the field has led to his promotion. He becomes Client Director UK at the head of the UK Commercial Team. Under his command are lieutenants Neil Burton, who joins from Vianet, and new recruit Cole Little, a recent graduate from university.

The UK and Europe Catering Team is headed by seasoned campaigner Daniel Hamby, now Commercial Director, Catering.

Vendman’s advance into Europe continues, commanded by Commercial Director, Europe, Ian Forde (main picture) and his side-people Lod Kleijn and Fabienne Maire, Client Managers.Vendman

Nathan Little shoulders additional responsibility in Vendman’s New Model Army, taking the title of Customer Experience Director and having at his disposal the considerable resource of four Customer Experience Team Projects Managers, namely Vicki Booth, Emma Callear; Isobel Kershaw and Carole McConaghy. Nathan will also oversee two new technical roles, namely Customer Experience Team Development, (Chris Wright), and Customer Experience Team Support, (Jack Weston).Vendman

‘The build up to our new business offensive has been measured and methodical’, MD Rob Little said. ‘We’ve added strength where we needed to and we’ve reorganised to make sure we take advantage of the heavy artillery that’s at our disposal at Head Office. Our mission is to deliver a one-stop, end-to-end integrated technology solution to provide telemetry, back-office systems, mobile technology and payment devices with powerful data insight.

VendmanOur new formation allows us to combine additional development resources to our existing know-how’, Rob said. ‘Together, we’ve already been able to introduce game-changing integration for contactless reconciliation.’

Imitators beware: Vendman is on the warpath.
