Alpine Vending Co has announced the acquisition of the machine park and assets of Liverpool based vending operator Merseyvend. The acquisition was completed and officially finalised on Tuesday 14th February 2018, all vending activities will now operate out of Alpine’s depot in Hoylake, on the Wirral .
Commenting on the acquisition John Hazelhurst managing director of the Wirral based AVS member Alpine Vending said “we are extremely excited about our recent acquisition. as Merseyside’s only AVA member and largest vending machine operator, we’re confident we can improve if not exceed our new customers’ service expectations. We’re certainly looking forward to the challenge.

The compant operates from custom built 10,000 sq ft premises and are members of the invitation-only AVS group.
