Visitor Registration For AVEX 2017 Is Now Live!

Visitor registration for AVEX 2017 is now live.

Visitors wishing to attend can sign up via the AVEX and AVA websites and via their own social media accounts.  ‘This is a huge new feature for AVEX 2017 and one that’s sure to encourage a much larger amount of visitors to register and attend’, the AVA’s Charlotte Wilson told PV.

‘By allowing visitors to sign up via their social media accounts it simplifies the process and makes it more accessible to a much wider cross section of people’, Charlotte said. ‘Not only can users sign up at the click of a button, they can also instantly share that they are visiting the show with their contacts and connections. This is a great way to increase the visibility of AVEX as it will allow awareness of visitor registration to spread organically among connected groups of people.’

This year’s exhibition integrates a shed load of new developments, all of them designed to attract a wider audience to the exhibition.  There’ll be an enhanced speaker programme, plus dedicated visitor zones, ensuring that AVEX 2017 will be a show worth visiting.

‘Speakers will deliver talks based on the most pressing issues affecting the vending, food and drink industry’s today, plus five dedicated zones will offer visitors a truly immersive experience as they discover what each area has to offer’ Charlotte said.

AVEX 2017

AVEX 2017 is the leading exhibition for the vending, water and coffee industries across the UK and beyond, providing a platform for the display of the latest technology, product development and innovation from all sectors of the industry.

AVEX is also the oldest vending exhibition in Europe, the first show being at the Grosvenor House in 1969. It is presented by the Automatic Vending Association and since 2009 it has been partnered by the European Drinking Water Cooler Association (EDWCA). Now approaching the end of its fifth decade, in common with any long-established brand, AVEX has undergone many transformations over the years. 2017 will witness the latest of those transformations with an innovative approach to both content and presentation making it the unmissable event for anyone involved in the industry.

Ian ‘tripped and fell into vending’, in the capacity of PR executive, before launching a specialist agency, ‘reynoldscopy’, dedicated to the UK Vending business. The company continues to represent the interests of many of the sector’s leading brands.

‘It’s all about telling stories’, he says. ‘We want to make every visit to PV a rewarding experience. By celebrating the achievements of the UK’s operating companies, we’re on a mission to debunk the idea that vending is retailing’s poor relation.’
