Parcel Holders has demonstrated its commitment to developing its relationship with the vending and water businesses.
The company has created a new role dedicated to ‘looking after the logistics of our vending clients’, which reflects Parcel Holder’s burgeoning client list in our sector.
The new man is Stephen Landymore, (pictured above). ‘We’re are delighted to welcome Stephen on board’, MD Ed Fraser told PV. ‘ His appointment is a very important one for us, because it concludes our program of upgrades to our customer services department.’
Other upgrades to the service include the ability to deliver feedback via social media, the implementation of Free-Fone customer support; improved issue tracking (supplemented by real-time e-mail updates) and most recently, direct SMS message capabilities for the convenience of mobile engineers.
‘No matter which channel our clients choose to contact us, they’ll always be greeted by a friendly and focused member of staff ready to help’, Ed said.
