Broderick’s Coffee Bar, situated in Terminal 2, has retained its crown as at Manchester Airport’s ‘Best Food & Beverage Outlet’ for a second consecutive year, thanks to feedback from customers in exit polls conducted by the airport authorities.
A flagship for the entire Broderick Group, Broderick’s Coffee Bar at T2 is managed by Brand Ambassadors Clarke Broderick and Alan Edge (pictured above), and it topped the exit polls for best Environment, Product and Team.
‘We are fully aware of what’s expected of us’, Clarke said. ‘Our aim is to give our customers the perfect start when they’re off on their travels, whether for business or for pleasure. We work hard to make sure our staff have the confidence and the knowledge to engage with our customers, to make sure that visiting Broderick’s is an enjoyable experience, so this award is a great tribute to their hard work and dedication.’
It’s certainly an efficient operation: 90% of all food is cooked fresh and delivered to the table within 10 minutes of a customer being seated.
‘And by the way’, Clarke said finally, ‘did you know that at Broderick’s you don’t need to show your boarding pass to purchase?’
