In what has been a year for many vending friends deciding to quit while they are ahead, we at Planet Vending are sad to see another friend head off to enjoy their lives away from the world of work. We’ve already announced that Dave Ward, EVOCA MD and former Chairman of The AVA is due to become a builder next month. As we’ve also had recent news of colleagues, and friends not actually making it to retirement then better to grab the opportunities to live a less corporate life when you can.
Are we sad at PV to lose Les? Yes, of course… Les has been a staunch supporter of PV – getting what we can do for brands. Envious too? You bet!! No chance of us being able to follow him any time soon as he takes his motorhome for long adventures with his lovely wife.

‘I am writing to inform you that on 5th June this year, Les Pearce, Business Account Manager for Professional Products at Brita Water Filter Systems Ltd will be taking early retirement and leaving BRITA.
Les has worked at BRITA for 6 years following nearly 31 years in the Vending industry. He has helped to build the vending side of our business, forming a great partnership with our customers and colleagues alike. He will be missed by BRITA, but we wish him all the best on the next phase of his life.
We are in the process of appointing a new Business Account Manager for the vending sector and will keep you informed of progress.
