Connect Vending has announced an ambitious growth programme aimed at propelling the company ‘to record revenues’.
After twenty years of operating vending solutions all over the UK, Connect has become a major player in the South East. The focus for the business in the coming months will be all about laying the foundations required to achieve consistent, sustainable double-digit growth year on year; because if that box can be ticked, Connect will see revenue more than double – by 2025…
The first visible sign of the gear-change is a new, mobile-optimised website, the first of many scheduled up-grades and innovations that will form bedrock of Connect’s digital strategy going forward – underpinned by ‘significant’ recent investment in people, processes and promotional activity.
The person tasked with delivering the goods is Sam Roberts, who was appointed as Digital Marketing Manager Connect in June 2021. ‘Our digital presence is a key element of our growth plans, with the new website just the beginning of our marketing efforts over the next few years’, he told PV. ‘We’re confident that we have all the qualities we need to attract those Big Brands that everybody wants in their portfolio. Essentially, my job is to ensure that when potential clients are reviewing services or inviting tenders, the name Connect springs to mind, providing us with the opportunity to sit down, tell our story and show what we can do.’
Connect has recently ‘taken delivery’ of its third cohort of Business Development Graduates. Their introduction to the wonderful world of FoodBev began with a course of intensive sales training.
