Vitro M5

Coffetek’s New Vitro M5 Uses MIA to Deliver ‘The Perfect Foam’

Coffetek has added a new model, the M5, to its successful Vitro range of automatic coffee machines.

The Vitro M5 has been developed with the help of leading specialists in the preparation of fresh milk. The result is a machine equipped with MIA, a patented technology that uses the Micro-Injection of Air (MIA) to prepare ‘the perfect, silky and consistent foam’ – maximising the quality of the drink. That’s not the only advantage of MIA: the drinks production process is rapid, significantly reducing waiting times.

Vitro M5Thanks to its elegant design, user-friendly drink selection and an impressive menu of gourmet espresso and fresh milk drinks, the office coffee break can now be made into a very special consumer experience.

The latest generation of MIA technology allows the density and consistency of the foam to be programmed, as well as the temperature. This means that the machine can be adjusted to deliver the particular requirements of coffee lovers the world over. Furthermore, the Vitro M5 can even produce a delicious froth when plant based milks are used.

Another important characteristic of the Vitro M5 is its energy efficiency. MIA means there’s no need for a steam boiler, so you can also say ‘adiós’ to those periodic safety checks – not to mention the problems that can be caused by limescale deposits in the boiler… It also has a quick and easy self-cleaning system, a key factor in this type of machine. The Vitro M5 is fitted with the patented AZK V30 variable brewing system, which allows the range of drinks on offer to be extended and the degree of grinding and the amount of coffee to be added to each selection to be specified.

Vitro M5The Vitro M5 is perfectly adapted to life during the pandemic. Safety and hygiene in the purchasing process is Top Priority, hence the Vitro M5 allows product selection without any contact with the surface, thanks to Distance Selection Technology.

Coffetek told PV that the new machine is ‘suitable for all types of businesses, offices, hotels, service stations, convenience stores and other Coffee-to-Go establishments due to its reliability, capacity, productivity and easy maintenance and cleaning, resulting in greater customer satisfaction and reduced maintenance costs.’

The M5 seems to have everything it takes to further enhance the reputation of the Vitro brand…
