You will need to complete your booking form and pay your 10% stand deposit before this date. Once we have your booking form, you will be entered for the ballot and your places will be drawn on the day enabling you to choose the stand you want (subject to stand availability).
The ballot order is based on size of stand and number of years your company has attended. With this grouped together you are given a number and this is allocated using an electronic bingo style machine. Once drawn you have 90 seconds to pick the stand of your choice!
It really is that easy!
