AVEX 2015 – The AVA’s big day out, 26th June. Timetable of Events

BY NIKI GRASKE

Avex Ballot. 26th June 2014. Palace Hotel Manchester. 11:30 – 12:30pm.

The Ballot

How does it work?
If you want to secure your place at the Avex 2015 show, which will be shell only and want the best price, you need to book your place at the ballot, prices below.

AVA Member: Ballot Price £199 –  Post Ballot £249
EDWCA Member: Ballot Price £249 – Post Ballot £324

Non Member: Ballot Price £299 –  Post Ballot £399

You will need to complete your booking form and pay your 10% stand deposit before this date.  Once we have your booking form, you will be entered for the ballot and your places will be drawn on the day enabling you to choose the stand you want (subject to stand availability).

The ballot order is based on size of stand and number of years your company has attended. With this grouped together you are given a number and this is allocated using an electronic bingo style machine. Once drawn you have 90 seconds to pick the stand of your choice!

It really is that easy!

In the afternoon we’ll be debating the future of cash and payment systems.
The thought-provoking line-up includes sessions with several key figures from the industry, including:

Richard Koch  Head of Credit Cards at the UK Cards Association
Adam Lawrence  Chief Executive of The Royal Mint
David Hensley  Head of Cash Services at the Payments Council
Paul Theobald  Managing Director of CPI
Nick Mackie  Senior Product Manager at Visa Europe
Gary Coombes  Sales & Marketing Director, Vianet PLC

The day will include a sandwich lunch and light refreshments during the afternoon, followed by a drinks reception and three course gala awards dinner with wine in the evening. There is an option to stay overnight and rooms are available at £99 B&B.

10:00 – 11:00 AGM
11:30 – 12:30 Ballot
12:30 – 13:30 Lunch
1:30 – 5:30 Conference
7:00 – Drinks Reception
7:30 – Dinner

Thanks Niki, we’re really looking forward to the day, and night – of course. See you all there!
