The Riverside Event : will you be at Rhea Vendors’ Runnymede get-together?

The Riverside Event is how they refer to it and the day-long exposition, hosted by Rhea Vendors and supported by some of the industry’s leading players, is shaping up as an important annual addition to the vending, OCS and HoReCa scene.

The Riverside Event
Steve Rossington

Rhea’s Steve Rossington is looking forward to welcoming ‘retailers, and all vending & coffee groups members’ to the Runnymede Hotel, idyllically situated on the banks of The Thames, on 5th July. It’s the event’s second edition, following its successful inauguration last year…

‘Our idea was to invite the trade to an event with a relaxed, non-pushy atmosphere, where operators have time to really investigate how the innovations introduced by Rhea Vendors and our partners can add to the quality of both the products they offer and the consumer experience they provide’, Steve said.

Reaching out to the UK marketplace remains a priority for Rhea Vendors. Steve speaks candidly: ‘The trade’s perception of us is that we are an ‘old fashioned’, ‘old style’ outfit, which simply isn’t true. We’ve been refreshing the whole image of the brand as well as our portfolio of products. It’s been a massive change for us, but it is yielding the results we’d hoped for and The Riverside Event, plus our forthcoming product launches, will once again demonstrate to the marketplace that we are in tune with the zeitgeist and focused on the future.’

A ‘large contingent’ of senior management from Milan will be on hand at The Riverside Event as Rhea Vendors introduces two brand-new tabletop machines and a floor standing vendor, which uses fresh milk to deliver exceptional coffee, hot chocolate – and fresh-brew tea. The attendance of the ‘big wigs’ is a clear indicator that the new products are being launched with substantial expectations…

The Riverside Event‘The new equipment has been created to meet our clients’ needs in terms of design, customisation and aesthetic’, Steve said. ‘We see The Riverside Event as a dynamic environment in which ideas can be developed, new solutions created and new paths envisioned that generate added value for our customers.’

Joining Rhea Vendors at The Riverside Event will be award winning design and manufacturing specialists Regency Design and H2O Direct, the experts in water filtration products for the Coffee, Vending and POU water cooler industries. Nayax, the payment and merchant account powerhouse and vending security and hygiene specialists Safer Systems, Wise2Coffee, an ethical new payback company, completes the impressive line up.

‘It’ll be an enjoyable event at a fabulous venue’, Steve said, ‘and there’s good food and drink available, so we’re assured of a convivial occasion.’

Entry to the event is, of course, free of charge. If you wish to attend the event – and why wouldn’t you?!
