Planet Vending is delighted to publicise a fabulous memorial event for Greg. Simon Willis remembers him with affection and makes this plea on behalf of his widow, Donna.
“Many of you will remember the gentle giant, Greg Jackson, who was sadly taken from us, 10 years ago next month.
I had the pleasure of managing Crane’s business in the last few years of his short life and he really was a pleasure to work with. Both customers and colleagues alike, loved his style and manner.
After a successful career at Mars he joined Crane MS as Sales Director and was at the Sales helm during an unbelievably successful time.
Certain images will stay with me forever, not least of which was the impossible angle his golf club managed at the top of his 6ft 7in frame.
Please come and join me and other industry folk for a game of golf and a glass of wine to toast Greg and make a few bob for the Hospice that looked after him in his final days.
