And so this year, the turgid schlepp to Twickers was struck from the calendar. Yeeeeeeee-ha!
Instead, Vendex headed for The National Motorcycle Museum, located just over the garden fence from the NEC, and the move paid dividends. All the exhibitors we tackled agreed that the footfall in Brum seemed to be an improvement over ‘HQ’. There was a buzz about the place and the space was busy, busy busy.
Getting there was a breeze, parking was easy and free and it was great to see that the ubiquitous Vendex baked potato options were on the menu once more. It gets you like that, Vendex; it’s like a slightly eccentric old friend.
All in all, the word in the aisles seemed to be that the show had been a goody. That’s certainly how we saw it.
So far, PV has posted the following Vendex stories:
Super!Natural: Smart Operators Seek Smart Operators. (The company behind a new kind of energy drink requires vending partners).
