N&W’s Krea Goes Large

By Josh Cosgrove

N&W has announced the arrival of a 12oz version of ‘Krea’.

With its stablemate Solista, Krea applied new technology to deliver ‘significant advances’ in both drinks quality and environmental efficiency. Krea’s arrival was little short of sensational. A customer apparently told Craig Jukes that he thought the Krea was ‘astounding’.  ‘It didn’t seem possible that an automatic machine could deliver espresso based drinks of that quality’, he said, ‘let alone one that took up so little space, was so simple to refill and to maintain and was so competitively priced.’krea PV

‘With that (and other encouraging comments), we soon knew we had a great addition to our product offer’, said N&W MD Dave Ward, ‘but almost from the off, our customers have been demanding a Krea that’s capable of dispensing a 12oz drink. Well, now it’s here. The 12oz Krea is not another version of Krea, it’s an ‘upgrade’ to an existing machine that our customers already know and trust.

‘We’ve fitted a variation on the Z4000 brewer (the one that’s in Canto and Solista), which has been modified specifically for the HoReCa market’, Dave said. ‘This allows the machine to vend 12oz drinks. So, we’ve now got a ‘go large’ option, which allows you to offer both regular (9oz) and large (12oz) drinks – from the same machine. In fact, I believe the 12oz Krea has everything you need for the perfect large /regular coffee offer.
