Evoca has announced two new additions to its Kingswinford team. Julie Green joins as Customer Service Supervisor; Kirsty Woods comes on board as Logistics and Spares Assistant.
Julie brings with her almost 25 years of experience in customer service roles. ‘My first job was with Telewest, which is now Virgin Media’, she says. ‘I was there for five years and it was a great grounding. I got involved with customers accounts, complaints, despatching engineers… You name it!
‘After that, I was with the Inland Revenue for a couple of years, working as a Tax Credit Advisor in the Contact Centre.’ Julie’s next move would be her last for more than seventeen years. ‘I worked for Aggreko, progressing from Rental Coordinator to Team Leader. When I left, I was Customer Service Manager.

‘I’m looking forward to working with a very experienced customer service team’, Julie said. ‘My initial objective is to review the customer journey, adopt a ‘customer first’ approach and by improving processes and exploring efficiencies, free up more time to dedicate to improving the overall customer experience.’
Logistics and Spares Assistant Kirsty Woods has a background of working in logistics with delivery companies – and she believes her experience at the sharp end of the industry is the perfect preparation for her role at Evoca. ‘This job is great for me as it involves getting ‘hands-on’, from despatching the machines, dealing with all transport enquires and customer returns – even booking spare parts orders for customers. It’s the variety here and the people I work with that make every day different.’
‘Both appointments have been made with a view to maintaining our strong customer relationships and delivering our ethos of always putting customers first, in everything we do’, Hervé Donneaud, Evoca UK’s Managing Director confirms. ‘We have a great group of people at Evoca UK and we’re delighted to welcome Kirsty and Julie to our team.’
