Coges and Vendon unify telemetry platforms into one powerful system – Vendon Cloud

Coges and Vendon presented the fully integrated Vendon Cloud—a single, powerful platform for managing vending and coffee machines, payment systems and operations – in real time – at this year’s Vending Show in Paris. With the integration into Vendon Cloud of Nebular, Coges’ former telemetry platform, operators can now access a unified solution that’s smarter, easier to use, and built around their daily needs.

Vendon Cloud combines the strengths of both companies into one connected ecosystem. It allows operators to simplify machine management and reduce downtime, increasing profitability. Everything now runs in one place, from monitoring stock and ingredient levels to managing service visits and tracking every transaction.

“Operators don’t need another platform—they need a better one,” says Daniele Ioriatti, Global Sales Director at Coges. “Vendon Cloud gives them full control over their machine park in a single view. Whether you’re responsible for 50 machines or 5,000 you can easily access the data that matters –  without wasting time.”

The addition of Nebular’s robust technical monitoring and third-party integrations makes Vendon Cloud more versatile than ever. It now supports a wide range of hardware and external systems, giving operators the flexibility to work with their existing tools whilst gaining new visibility and insights.

During the live demonstrations on the Coges Vendon stand in Paris, visitors saw how Vendon Cloud helps prevent issues before they happen. Predictive maintenance tools help operators avoid unnecessary service visits. Smart route planning cuts travel time and fuel costs. And mobile access ensures technicians and refillers stay connected in the field, without needing a laptop.

“For our Nebular customers, this is a big upgrade,” Daniele says. “They’ll get access to tools they didn’t have before, such as custom sales reports, preventative maintenance, smart stock management, and route planning. Better yet, they can adopt these new feaures without having to change the way they work. It’s a big step forward!”

Coges customers are being onboarded gradually, with no disruption. Nebular will remain available for a transition period, and the new Vendon Cloud interface can be accessed at any time. There’s no need for extra setup, and all advanced features are included at no additional cost.

For vending and coffee operators, the benefits are immediate: more productive teams, fewer lost sales and faster decision-making, thanks to clear, actionable insights. Whether you use Coges payment systems, Vendon telemetry and payments, or both, everything now connects to one reliable, future-ready platform.

“Vendon Cloud helps you focus on what matters most—running your business, not your software,” says Janis Jukna, Vendon Head of Sales. “It’s one cloud for everything that matters.”
