Vendman has joined the EVA as a Direct Member – and industry veteran Ian Forde , (pictured above), has joined Vendman as Executive Chairman, Europe.
We reported recently that the UK’s #1 vending software supplier has increased its workforce by 40%, largely on the back of new business acquisitions in mainland Europe, so joining the EVA seems a logical next-step.
‘We have customers in France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Sweden, and we’ve joined the EVA in order to understand and network further with the continental European industry’, Ian Forde told PV. ‘Vendman is delighted to have joined the EVA. We believe that EVA membership can help us achieve our goals by enabling us acquire a deeper understanding of the industry in Europe and the specific needs of individual markets.’
Erwin Wetzel, the EVA DG, warmly welcomed Vendman. “We are glad that Vendman has recognised the advantages of Membership of the only organisation representing vending and OCS at a European-wide level”, he said, ‘and we’re looking forward to welcoming Vendman executives at EVA Committees and events, where they ‘ll meet continental Europe’s key players.”
