N&W’s Technical Support department has just been enhanced by the arrival of a new technical manager, Tony Fleet.

Tony, who’s based in Greater Manchester, spent fifteen years with Autobar and is familiar with N&W’s machines and its team. The company expects him to fit in immediately.

Tony’s appointment brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to complement an already highly respected team. He joined Autobar as an engineer and was quickly promoted to Operator Manager, eventually rising to the level of Technical Manager for the North East of England.

CRAIG AND TONY
Craig Jukes welcomes Tony Fleet

‘I had 28 engineers under me and I was responsible not just for the technical part of the job but the man-management as well’, Tony said. He must have made an impression: he was referred to in the company as ‘a poacher turned gamekeeper!’ His duties also included account management, with such important customers as Marks & Spencer and Asda coming within his jurisdiction.

‘Last year we made some fundamental changes in the way we support our customers’, N&W Technical Director, Craig Jukes told PV. ‘Our team of Technical Managers is now back to full strength and I believe it’s the best in the industry.’

Tony’s ‘territory’ comprises the North East and Scotland.
