SB Software the makers of Vendmanager and Coffeemanager, has increased its team of field-based Technical Account Managers (TAMs) across the UK and Ireland to three, with the appointment of James Nield-Smith.
Every SB Software client is allocated a dedicated TAM, who supplements regular ongoing remote contact with on-site visits, to monitor and accelerate continuous improvement. In addition to improving geographical coverage, James brings valuable additional skills and experience to boost the in-house expertise that’s already on-tap.
James’ background is in the finance and payment sectors, in which he was responsible for international customer success, in addition to technical and client management. He has further qualifications and experience in training and coaching, for companies including Pay.UK, Bank of America, Worldline, and Nationwide Building Society, on projects for accounts spanning Europe – and stretching as far as India.
‘We always do our best to recruit ahead of the curve’, Dan Varney, Head of Operations at SB Software said. ‘Of late, we have increased head count in both help-desk and software development and now James will add further to our ability to help clients leverage the most out of our solutions.
‘We don’t ‘just’ want to sell the best system there is’, Dan said, ‘we’re committed to helping you achieve what you want (or need), sooner and easier.’
