At last, our labour of love has been sent off to the printers and will ‘hit the streets’ early April.
Planet Vending’s first foray into print is complete and nearly 20,000 copies will start to be rolled out inside a selection of titles including Garden Centre Catering, OOH, Contract Catering and TUCO. Another 50,000 email subscribers will also get a copy and there are also ads, on the chosen publications’ web sites, that click through to the digital edition.
We have plans for further editions that will embrace Pub & Bar and others titles that match our specifications.
We’d like to offer our thanks to all our contributors who have graced this first edition, namely Pay4Vend, Ferrero, Evoca, Coffetek; Excel Vending, Kelloggs, 365 Retail Markets, cinch cars, and last, but definitely not least, the amazing Jo and her team at Mondelēz who pulled together a fabulous competition at breakneck speed.
The raison d’être of this publication is to present the world of vending and coffee, with its suppliers, innovations, services, products and so on to a new audience. This first edition is however also available here in digital version, feel free to peruse.
Edition two, due out during the summer, is open now for contributors. The plan is to repeat this one with 8 pages, however, judging by the response to this issue, we may well expand Issue 2 to 12 pages. We were oversubscribed on the first one and have a small waiting list, but now is the time to let us know if you’d like to be involved, whilst we can be flexible in terms of page count..
