What better reason to visit the N&W stand at Vendex next week?
Y’see, April 19th is Louise Wardle’s birthday and she’s had a brilliant idea. She’ll be offering birthday kisses to visitors to the N&W stand, in an effort to make a contribution to the forthcoming five-day trek, which you can read about here, based out of Marrakech, to the summit of Toubkal, the highest mountain in North Africa…

‘I don’t think I could cope with the trek’, Louise told PV, ‘but I think I can handle a kiss or two!’
Mm. Let’s do the maths: Lou wants to raise £100, so what does that mean? One mega kiss that collects all the dosh in one go? Ten smooches at a tenner a time? A hundred pecks on the cheek at a pound a pop?
It reminds us of a story about a lady who took on a similar challenge: she’d gone out to sell kisses for charity and when she returned home, her mum asked ‘how much did you make?’ and the lady said ‘£250.50’, to which her mum replied ‘which cheapskate gave you 50p?’ and the lady said ‘they all did.’
We’ll be there with our 50p Lou! Pucker up!
