Evoca UK Announces New Roles for Barrow and Jukes

Evoca UK has announced some changes to customer facing roles, that will take effect from 1st March.

Andrew Barrow will become the lead for all the Evoca UK Sales and Customer Service teams and Craig Jukes will bring all his technical and product experience to bear in heading-up the company’s Technical, Service and After Sales Care teams.

As Hervé Donneaud explains: ‘Over recent months and years we have focused on developing a strong platform that will help deliver growth in line with our customers’ expectations of a vibrant and modern supplier. As a result, I am pleased to announce these changes to our customer facing roles which will help us to focus our efforts and enhance the overall service that we provide.’

This re-structure will enable Evoca UK to streamline its internal processes, grow sales of its existing product range and put itself in a position to bring new products and service solutions to the market.

‘We have a fantastic portfolio of products, that are competitively priced, and which feature the latest technology and enhanced capabilities’, Hervé said. ‘Consequently, this is opening new markets and distribution channels. To capitalise on this, over the last couple of years Evoca UK has been working hard to bring our brands to a wider audience. By extending our communications into digital channels as well as offline ones, we can create demand that will mutually benefit us by being more visible when end-users are researching new machines.

‘As we elevate ourselves to meet the demands of today’s customers, we have united the customer facing elements into one streamlined infrastructure: Sales, Technical and Aftercare, Marketing & Digital Communication, Customer Services’, Hervé added. ‘These four pillars fit alongside our existing brand values at Evoca UK  – all pulling in the same direction with a common goal, focus and execution capabilities.’

*Andrew Barrow, who brought with him over twenty years’ experience on the coffee front line when he joined Evoca UK a year ago as HoReCa Sales Manager, is relishing the expansion of his role – as we’ll find out in an exclusive interview with him, which will be published here on Planet Vending next week.
