Evoca is heading to Vendex North with ‘a whole raft’ of machines to introduce you to – and four of them are Table-Tops. In no particular order, you’ll encounter Wittenborg’s W100, Necta’s Kometa and from Gaggia, La Brillante and the La Solare LatteVelluto. All of them will be making their debuts at Elland Road.
Talk about ‘a radical overhaul’! There’s something really appealing about the new W100 from Wittenborg. It’s so cool to look at that you just have to ‘have a go’, and when you do, it doesn’t disappoint. The huge screen has two great benefits. For the customer, it makes it very easy to select their favourite drink. For operators, that same screen with it’s crystal-clear pictures provide the perfect vehicle for the digital content of your choice. The delivery area is similarly spacious. All things considered, the W100 is a machine that lives up to its predecessor, the 9100…
Thanks to modern technological options, La Solare from Gaggia allows you to provide your customers with coffee-to-go solutions that are bang in line with market trends. This latest La Solare is the LatteVelluto, which offers a fine milk foaming system to which precise adjustments can be made, to create exactly the drink that you want your customers to enjoy. And don’t just think ‘hot drinks’: LatteVelluto can be paired with an ice maker and hand on heart, the results are amazing. Check it out for yourself on our stand. (And by the way, if you’re not heading to Leeds, we have the dynamic duo set up for your inspection in our London showroom. Give us a call).
You may not notice Necta’s new Kometa. It really does have a small footprint; and it’s beautifully designed to offer a premium powdered milk coffee solution in smaller throughput locations. Its comprehensive drinks menu, however, belies its size and what’s more, it’s entirely customisable: you can create or tweak recipes to suit a particular clientele. You can – if you like – ‘play to the crowd’. The dispensing area features a movable cup holder, which you can adjust to obtain optimum in-cup quality. Finally, and maybe best of all, another facet of Kometa’s practicality you’re sure to appreciate is that the waste bucket can be removed whilst leaving the drip tray in place, and vice-versa. How brilliant is that?!

Sharing a footprint with Kometa is Gaggia’s La Brillante, which shares some of the other advantages incumbent in its powdered milk cousin – not least, the ease of removing the waste bucket and drip tray. La Brillante delivers the freshest coffee experience, thanks to the combination of its proven coffee brewer with PrimeMilk – Gaggia’s ground-breaking milk foaming system. Together, they provide temperature stability, a top-quality user experience and unbeatable consistency, cup after cup. It means, as a discerning consumer, you don’t have to work in a huge office complex to be offered the best coffee.
More from Evoca
And finally, let’s talk Opera. The story continues and the next instalment goes ‘live’ at Vendex. The heads-up is this: expect Opera, from Necta, to be a full model range. All of them serving tea; some will offer instant coffee, others espresso; some have a touchscreen, others, a keypad – every option’s going to be covered. More than that, we cannot say… Until Vendex North!
*You’ll find Evoca on Stands 56-57. See you there, it’s going to be a good one.
