Benders Paper Cups is supplying Greggs with an exclusive, limited edition BBC Children in Need cup.
Greggs has been focusing increasingly on its coffee service throughout the year and it’s now a key part of the in-store offer.
Benders supplies Greggs’ coffee cups, so the company was pleased to develop the relationship further by supporting the launch of Greggs’ first ‘Charity Cup’. The cups feature high quality insulating features that make them perfect for use on-the-go. Benders’ custom printing also allows for the full height of the cup to be printed, emphasising the message for maximum effect.

‘Our flexible approach to custom print development has allowed Greggs to deliver their special edition cups to the BBC’s exacting branding requirements, in authentic, eye-catching ‘Pudsey’ yellow’, Andy Cunliffe, Benders MD, told PV. ‘If it wasn’t for our fast-response print development and quick turnaround time, it wouldn’t have been possible to deliver on time. It’s as simple as that’, he said.
Greggs outlined their plans for the promotion: ‘This year, we have a number of tasty, fun products on sale as part of our fundraising campaign. For a limited time only, customers will be able to enjoy their hot drink in this eye-catching Pudsey cup. We hope that the bespoke design will create an increased awareness of our support for Children in Need in the eyes of both existing and potential customers’, a spokesman told us.
‘We’re proud to be supporting Greggs’ Children In Need campaign and we hope that our Pudsey cups, combined with Greggs’ strength in the market, will work to great effect, raising awareness and encouraging even more people to support the charity’, Andy said.
