Hello again
Change is afoot here at Evoca Group. We’re introducing a new product class – Gaggia G-Line – which will bring together all our bean-to-cup, table top and superautomatic coffee machines under a single brand.
It makes perfect sense, when you think about it, to gather together our entire coffee machine portfolio under a brand name that has a history and a legacy like no other. ‘Gaggia’ not only inspires confidence amongst coffee operators, but also with consumers. It’s that rare thing; a business product brand name that has a certain caché with the general public, who relish the prospect of enjoying a genuine Italian coffee from a machune brand that has become synonyous with… Italian coffee.
Talk about ‘proven credibility’!
From now on, all Evoca coffee machines that, needless to say, incorporate the latest bean to cup technology will be members of the Gaggia family and the range will embrace common design features, for consistency across multi-site installations.
Gaggia G-Line machines will be notable for their elevated performance, delivering the benefits of the suprerior extraction process that’s made possible by the use of patented brewing technology, guaranteeing superior in-cup quality.
As part of this process, the models will be relaunched over the coming months and will be named G100, G300, G500 or G700. In practice this means that the range will start at the G100 – encompassing both the current La Brillante and current Kometa. Krea Touch will become the G300, La Solare and Kalea Plus will become the G500, La Radiosa (and all its variants) will become the G700, and finally, W100 will become the GS MasterBrew.

The Gaggia G-Line range includes both fresh and powdered milk machines, so whatever role they are cast to play in your ‘production’, you can expect optimum taste, performance and convenience. In future, you will simply need to choose between G100 Powdered Milk (formerly Kometa) and G100 Fresh Milk (formerly La Brillante). G300 (formerly the Krea Touch) will also remain as a powdered milk machine – and we expect to launch G300 in the middle of September, with the other models to follow during the autumn.
One major advantage for our customers will be that the Gaggia brand will become even stronger in future – giving operators a stronger range to present to end user clients, whether these are offices, pubs, cafes or hotels.
So, that’s the brand-new Gaggia G-Line introduced. Let’s face it, ever since Achiile Gaggia unvelied his revolutionary method of coffee preparation back in 1938 – inventing, in the process, the crema that is intrinsic to espresso – coffee making has constantly evolved. It will continue to do so; and I believe that Mr Gaggia would be delighted by the arrival of the Gaggia G-Line.
I reckon you will be, too.
Until next time…
