Vendon introduces White Label QuickPik, giving operators control over Loyalty, Payments and User Experience

Vendon Quickpik : For many vending and coffee operators, ‘loyalty’ is a good idea – on paper… In the real world, though, it often turns into something that’s hard to explain, harder to manage and easy for customers to ignore. After all, generic apps don’t reflect the operator’s brand and manual perks take time. When all is said and done, if something needs constant explaining, it usually doesn’t last.

Vendon is addressing this with the launch of the white label version of QuickPik, its popular loyalty and mobile payment app, which operators can now offer under their own brand name. The app brings payments and rewards together in one place and works across vending and coffee machines — without extra hardware or additional site visits.

The timing of the white label introduction reflects how the market has changed. In Europe, more than 75% of consumers regularly use digital payments*, and loyalty programme users are shown to spend up to 20% more per visit**. At the same time, corporate clients increasingly expect simple digital perks for employees — not vouchers, not manual tracking and not one-off solutions.

This is where QuickPik fits into the operator’s everyday work. An office client wants free coffee for night shifts? QuickPik. A hospital needs to limit daily consumption? QuickPik. A company wants a benefit that feels part of their brand? You’ve guessed it. With QuickPik, operators can offer all of this through their own branded app, configured remotely in Vendon Cloud. And now, Vendon introduces White Label QuickPik, giving operators control over Loyalty, Payments and User Experience

‘One of the biggest advantages for operators is the ability to say: this is our app.’

There’s no additional equipment to install. Users scan a QR code, pay by phone or card, and collect rewards automatically. Meanwhile, operators see all transactions in one Vendon Cloud dashboard, regardless of payment method, with clear reporting by user, location, or machine.

‘One of the biggest advantages for operators is the ability to say: this is our app’, said Kristians Vebers, CEO of Vendon. ‘Operators don’t have to explain someone else’s brand or work around limitations. Instead, they can offer loyalty and payments under their own name and manage everything in Vendon Cloud, keeping it simple for consumers.’

With white-label QuickPik, loyalty stops being an add-on; becoming a tool operators can actually use, sell, and scale.

Vendon will be at Vendex Midlands on 25 March on Stand 116 and visitors will have the opportunity to see Vendon Cloud, payments, and the QuickPik loyalty app working together in one seamless ecosystem. ‘Visit our stand to explore how operators can manage their fleet, track transactions and run branded loyalty programs from one connected platform’, Kristians said. ‘If you want to simplify operations while adding a better experience for end users, let’s talk in person at Vendex.’
