Televend the European Automated Retail Leader, Returns to Vendex

Televend is returning to Vendex. With 300,000 connected machines and an ever-growing list of happy customers, Televend is the biggest European solution for automated retail.

The company is helping retailers around the globe transform their business with its cashless and loyalty solution, which succeeds because it understands the needs of today’s health-cautious and convenience-driven consumers

‘The most complete payment solution in the unattended retail market – from making and processing transactions to reporting and loyalty management, leaving other competitors in the dust’ – that’s how the company describes itself.‘Our solution is suitable for any business size or machine type’, Dubravko Hendija, Televend Commercial Director, said. ‘It represents an excellent cashless solution that supports paying with major bank cards, RFID prepaid cards and wearables, QR vouchers, and mobile apps.’

The company’s Loyalty Management platform rewards consumers whenever they use Televend’s mobile payment app, making it even more attractive to both consumers and operators.

Among many others, the Televend payment solution is used by Dubai Refreshment, a leading Pepsi Cola bottler in the Lower Gulf of the Arab Peninsula. Televend just collaborated with them at the biggest world show – Dubai Expo 2022, where they had a chance to offer their services to almost 23 million visitors.

Another notable client is Seeberger, the German-based food retail, gastronomy and office coffee provider with a 175-year tradition.

The next milestone for Televend is coming soon, when the company becomes an integrated payment provider, making their solution more customer-centric and easier to set up.

‘Sanjin Sumar, our International Sales Executive and I are looking forward to Vendex Midlands’, Dubravko said, ‘and to sharing our solution and our philosophy with the UK’s leading vending, OCS and micro-market operators.’
