Televend at Vendex Midlands: ‘We’re Going to Need a Bigger Stand!’

Televend return to Vendex Midlands, with a larger stand than ever to accommodate everything they want to show you. This is a result of continued growth and innovation in connected vending across the UK.

Televend have exhibited at Vendex for over four years, using the event to stay close to UK operators and showcase how their platform continues to evolve. After the venue change at Vendex North last year, the team knew it was ‘time to scale up’.

‘The larger space gives us more room to talk to visitors and demonstrate what we do,’ says Richard Davies. ‘It’s all about showing operators how Televend can really support their business.’

More than just a VMS

Televend may have started as a vending management system but today, it’s much more than that…

The platform now offers a full ecosystem, designed to help you run and grow your business more efficiently. This includes a full range of cashless payment hardware solutions, a loyalty programme that helps operators connect directly with consumers, and a growing portfolio of smart hardware; including Micro Market POS systems and Smart Machines

Collaboration with Westomatic

Visitors can not only experience Televend’s technology live on the stand, but also in action with Westomatic Vending Services. Together, the two companies have solved a common problem in vending: not knowing exactly what customers buy when they take more than one product.

Quinto Max

For instance, on Westo’s Quinto Max machine (which can hold up to 240 cold drinks). multiple purchases used to be recorded as a single transaction. This meant operators couldn’t clearly see which products were selling best.

Thanks to Televend’s integration, that’s changed. Now, every item is tracked separately and in real time. The results are clear:

  • More than 70% of purchases include multiple products
  • Operators are seeing at least a 20% increase in sales after upgrading

You’ll find Richard and the Televend team on Stand 53–55, eager to show you how real-time data and AI-driven insights can help you run a smarter, more profitable business. As Richard says: ‘It’s all about improving performance, understanding customers and building stronger relationships.’
