Coinadrink Ltd will be attending AVEX 2017 as Express Refreshments, our own branch concept that introduced the UK’s first Micro Market.
Many companies may state that they were the first to offer the Market on UK shores, but only we can uphold such a claim. The experience of Coinadrink Ltd meant we recognised the need to provide refreshments that are further tailored to the customer, and our first Micro Market was in development for 18 months prior to the arrival of Express Refreshments. We installed the UK’s first Micro Market in Stoke-On-Trent during August 2013.
The Micro Market sites an unmanned, self-service convenience store in the workplace, laden with 400 products that staff can browse at their will prior to purchase. Such extensive choice promotes the Market as a ‘refreshment hub’, and it offers employees a relaxing atmosphere in which to make the most of their break. We personally design and develop the store to suit each individual business, even adding its own company branding, but look to place it in a space that employees can sit and engage with fellow workers. This increases working relationships and wellbeing, ensuring they will go back to their desk feeling motivated for the day ahead.
The Micro Market takes advantage of industry advancements to offer a cashless payment system, decreasing purchase time and increasing workplace security: simply top up your Express Refreshments card online and swipe to complete the transaction. As Express Refreshments is a bespoke innovation crafted by ourselves, we can also monitor your Market using CCTV, and understanding which refreshments are proving popular ensures we know what needs re-stocking before we visit your location. Its vending that’s both dynamic and simplified.
Express Refreshments stems from the 55-year success Coinadrink have enjoyed. Based at Junction 10 in the West Midlands, Coinadrink have been delivering expert refreshments enveloped around a customer-centric approach, including hot and cold drinks, water, snacks and fresh food. Express Refreshments was developed as a way to make expert refreshments readily available for all businesses, and we’re delighted to provide a physical end product that visitors can view and engage with at AVEX 2017
