I’ll admit it – when I spotted the Boundless stand at Vendex, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Their strapline, “Gut Happy Snacking,” intrigued me, but I wondered whether these health-conscious bites would actually taste as good as they looked. A few samples later, I had my answer – they absolutely do.
Let’s start with the Chips. I tried a couple of flavours from the range, and they were genuinely enjoyable – nicely seasoned, light, and not at all overpowering. There’s a subtlety to them that makes them perfect for everyday snacking. They’ve got real depth of flavour, and a lovely texture – not the dry or dusty kind you sometimes get with similar snacks.
It’s the kind of range that sneaks up on you. Good for your gut, yes – but also easy to eat, satisfying and full of character. I walked away thinking, “Actually, I’d buy these.” And that’s not something I say lightly about snacks that market themselves on health benefits first.
