To say we’re delighted is probably a bit of an understatement. We have had a fantastic year so far and to be recognised as the best UK operator in our category would be an outstanding achievement for our 22 years of hard work.
Excel Vending commenced trading as a £100 start-up company in March 1993 in a rented office the size of a shoe box with Jane MacDonald our Managing Director attempting to fill several roles as the sales person, accountant and operator: you get the picture – a one man band – but look at us now!
We now have a workforce of forty plus fully trained professional personnel, many of whom have been with us since these early days. We operate from our 1200 m² offices in Central Scotland. Our business turnover and profits have steadily grown year on year, with a turnover in 2015, well in excess of £4m. 
This amazing and successful journey in the vending industry is a direct result of our hardworking team, extensive support from our suppliers and of course the loyalty of our customers who consistently renew their contracts and as a result of this we are proud to say we are supplying the lion’s share of Scotland’s leading businesses.
Whatever we do, we do it efficiently, professionally, quietly and without fuss – same as our charitable work – but we do it effectively.
