Vendex Scotland and Venditalia Postponed Until 2022 By COVID

Vendex Scotland and Venditalia have both been postponed Until 2022, thanks to the continuing scourge of COVID-19.

‘Due to the current Covid-19 virus and government restrictions on the reopening of conference and exhibition venues, we have had to make the difficult decision to take Vendex Scotland 2021 off the calendar until 2022’, Event Organiser Phil Reynolds said.  ‘This will allow us to move to a time when the event can be held safely in compliance with Government guidelines. This wasn’t an easy decision to make, but we all feel it is in the best interests of our exhibitors, visitors and venue staff, whose safety is paramount.’

The new date for Vendex Scotland is February 9th, 2022.
 
Meanwhile, Venditalia has also given up the ghost in terms of 2021, having announced that Europe’s premier vending expo has been moved to 25-28 May, 2022.The organisers said, ‘the success of the event and exhibitor satisfaction have always been the focus of the Venditalia fair proposal, an event acknowledged now for years as a concrete business opportunity, especially given its international scope. Unfortunately, the persistence of the emergency situation has presented organisers with an uncertain and intensely unpredictable scenario for the near future, consequently putting the total success of the event at risk.’

Delegates registered for the event will be sent a detailed communication ‘in the next few days’.
