New healthy eating brand Boka Food will launch a low sugar, high fibre cereal bar at Vendex. Visitors to stand 68 can try samples of the Boka bar, which is available in apple & cinnamon, caramel and strawberry flavours. The 31g bar is under 100 calories and ‘all green traffic lights’

Founder of Boka Food, food development specialist Franco Beer says: “ If we are to encourage heathy eating, the food has to taste good. We want people to eat our bars because they enjoy them first and foremost, with the added bonus that they are healthier than the alternatives, so we have created a great tasting, satisfying cereal bar.
