Televend : With the motto ‘Welcome to the Future of Automated Retail’, Televend proved, in front of 200,000 visitors at Venditalia, that it remains the ideal partner for businesses operating in the automated retail industry.

The platform shines with over 300.000 machines connected worldwide and more than 6.000 industry professionals using it every day. The system combines multiple software and hardware products that support any machine, protocol, customer size, business model, or use case.

The only IoT solution covering multiple verticals

Over 300 exhibitors, mainly machine manufacturers, coffee and snack brands, showcased their solutions in Milan. But Televend stood out from the crowd as the only IoT solution covering multiple verticals – the vending, micro-market, professional coffee, OCS, and HoReCa industries. Vending operators can use Televend to track machine sales, consumption and errors in real-time, to optimize daily operations and cut costs. Companies can offer their employees healthy meals and fresh food in the office, with Televend’s self-service micro market system. Using Televend, coffee brands can evaluate the quality of various coffee drinks served in bars and coffee shops to protect their brand standards. Similarly, restaurants, hotels and companies can track machine status and coffee consumption, with Televend’s Office Coffee and HoReCa solution which optimises stock management and eliminates machine downtime.

‘Customers can do more, on a smaller budget, with fewer hurdles to overcome.’

TelevendThe Televend stand welcomed industry professionals, including long-standing loyal customers such as Coca-Cola Hellenic, Eboca, and Cofeo, as well as new faces eager to find out what the company could offer their businesses. VP of Sales and Marketing,  Dubravko Hendija, summed it up proudly: ‘Venditalia was a complete success for us’, he said.  ‘Televend was in Milan to present the future of operations in automated retail and to demonstrate how Customers can do more, on a smaller budget, with fewer hurdles to overcome.

It was a pleasure to be part of Europe’s most important vending fair and to share news of industry trends and opportunities, and to set goals for the future. We’re convinced that the industry is slowly recovering from the pandemic years and that there’s a bright future ahead!”
