Smart Machines Powered By Vendman: it’s a new name and a new logo at a new venue, as Vendex makes its debut at Elland Road, home of Leeds United.
Smart Machines, Powered By Vendman, will be demonstrating a new telemetry platform, which is part of the Vendman suite of products. New starters Paul Sansome and Matthew Thornton will be taking a bow on the stand, eager to discuss their roles in the ever-changing, continually growing business.

If that weren’t enough, author and tech guru Katie King will be on hand to discus Artificial Intelligence, (AI), and the impact it may have in vending businesses of the future.
‘The acquisition of Vendman by Vianet created an unbeatable wealth of knowledge, product range and technological expertise’, said Rob Little, MD of Smart Machines Powered By Vendman. ‘Our combined team is geared to delivering a complete end to end solution incorporating telemetry, contactless payments, real time data, operational vending management and business information and insight and visitors to our stand will see that innovation in action.
‘Our new telemetry product will be supported by the largest combined team dedicated to providing exceptional service across all aspects of vending management and software within the UK. As Managing Director of Smart Machines Powered By Vendman I am extremely proud of what we have achieved so far, and I look forward to driving the business forward into the future.’
At the time of writing, it is hoped that a charity vending machine will be on the stand. Anyone who attended to AVA Live bash not too long ago will be familiar with the format: Punters – or should we call them ‘donators’? – pay a fee to make a vend that may, or may not yield a prize. If all goes to plan, you may be walking away from the Smart Machines Powered by Vendman stand with a box of crisps, or chocolate bars, or…
Finally, if you don’t win with your charity vend, everyone’s a winner courtesy of a goody bag containing this, that and the other, a couple of ‘who knows what’s’ and maybe even a coveted ‘haven’t a clue.’
The truth is, to find out everything that’s on offer, you have no alternative: you have to visit Smart Machines Powered by Vendman, on Stand 29. You know it makes sense!
