N&W were ‘extremely encouraged’ by the way in which the ‘coffee’ fraternity received its brand-new Karisma, according to MD Dave Ward’s ‘Managing In Vending‘ blog.
The vending fraternity will get its first look at N&W’s talked-about Karisma ‘super automatic’ coffee machine at AVEX 2013 and Dave is up-beat. ‘The Karisma really is a brilliant machine’ he writes, ‘and with Koro and Korinto, we now have a family of fresh milk machines, which is really exciting I’m confident that the opportunity for us and for our customers is truly significant.

‘The reaction to Karisma was all hugely positive’, Dave continues. ‘Everybody loved it; they were impressed by the look of the machine, the ‘feel’ of it. I’m not surprised at all, because Karisma is a coffee solution that’s been thought through; it’s very ‘joined up’. The machine, the cup warmer, and the fridge unit together create a truly professional look. As it’s a Necta machine, we never doubted the drinks quality; but it was pleasing to see that traditional HoReCa customers were incredibly impressed, and quick to compare Karisma favourably with those machines that have, up to now, typified this market.’
Karisma is a ‘super automatic’, designed to deliver top quality drinks, time after time, at the touch of a button
Karisma brings maximum flexibility to the coffee-based drinks offering. The machine is a ‘super automatic’, designed to deliver top quality drinks, time after time, at the touch of a button, a task simplified thanks to Karisma’s intuitive, fully customisable touch screen. Each drink can be customised, from flat white to frothy cappuccino, according to the customer’s specification and requirements.
Alternatively, Karisma can be used by trained baristas to deliver the ‘theatrical’ coffee experience that so many people enjoy.
‘We’re looking forward to AVEX with real excitement’, Dave concluded.
