Tracey Speck has been with LTT Vending for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience which encompasses a wide range of related commercial activities. ‘Tracey’s promotion to Purchasing and Commercial Manager recognises  her dedication and wealth of industry knowledge and comes at a time when consumers’ buying habits are changing’ LTT Marketing Manger Lauren Anderson told PV. ‘With an increasing demand for healthy eating and the impending sugar tax, there is a demand for products with lower sugar content and we want to ensure that we’re at the forefront of consumer trends, providing customers with great products and solutions’, she said.

‘To be recognised in such a way as this, after 15 years of service with LTT is an honour’, Tracey told us. ‘I’m very proud to be part of such a professional organisation and this increased responsibility offers me the opportunity to further enhance our systems, processes and the way  we work. People at LTT Vending really matter and it is great to be a living testament to that.’

Deputy MD Graham Kingaby said ‘we’re very happy that Tracey has agreed to take on the additional responsibilities that the role will bring. Being able to develop our own staff is vital to the continued success of the business and I have no doubt that Tracey will help us to raise our standards even higher.

Ian Perry
Ian Perry

It’s LTT Vending’s commitment to the continuous improvement of service excellence that’s lead to the promotion of Ian Perry, who becomes National Technical Services Manager; a new role that will provide greater focus on LTT’s technical services’ end-to-end process, its installations teams, technical services desk and all field based technical engineers.  Ian has over 23 years experience within vending, beginning back in the early 90’s as a Vending Engineer.

We wish them both the best of luck!

The Editor

Planet Vending’s Editor is Ian Reynolds-Young and it’s Ian’s unique writing talent that has made PV what it is today – the best read (red) vending blog in the world, and vending’s best read (reed). Ian ‘tripped and fell into vending’, in the capacity of PR executive, before launching a specialist agency, ‘reynoldscopy’, dedicated to the UK Vending business. The company continues to represent the interests of many of the sector’s leading brands.

‘It’s all about telling stories’, he says. ‘We want to make every visit to PV a rewarding experience. By celebrating the achievements of the UK’s operating companies, we’re on a mission to debunk the idea that vending is retailing’s poor relation.’
