H2O Direct says it now has now has ‘every thing you want in a filter’, thanks to an even larger range of water filters from their well established partners Microfilter.
With high volumes of sales over the past few years of Microfilter filters in the UK, starting with the K3 inline filters and our specifically designed easy replacement M9 series of filters for the POU industry, plus its larger volume MH filters, H2O has gone from strength to strength since the launch in 2013 of the incredibly versatile range of SP filters, which were specifically designed from a new medium to help combat hard scale build up in coffee machines and water boilers.
‘Not only hard scale reduction, but they also create what we believe is the best ever water for the coffee industry’, MD Jim Redford (pictured above) told PV. The SP Filters have proven themselves time and again in solving the problem of hard scale build up in some of the toughest areas in the UK. Some of the largest vending companies in the UK are now using these great SP filters and H2O Direct recently launched the new SP540 filter with an even greater media volume inside a newly designed housing for greater reduction in hard scale build up and even better tasting water to help improve even more coffee taste.’
At Vendex North H2O Direct launched a new IEN2000 filter for those in the vending industry who still want to use Ion Exchange media filters to remove calcium and magnesium from water to combat scale build up. This also tackles the old problem of PH balance. The IEN filter media, manufactured in Germany, is the latest advanced technology medium that helps to keep the PH as stable as possible, whilst removing the minerals that can cause scale build up. ‘This, along with the built in 30% Bypass creates one of the most advanced coffee Ion Exchange vending filters on the market today’, Jim said.
