Following the introduction of the Vending Intelligence Agency Company Ambassador Programme to their entire customer facing staff in 2012, Cambridge Vending has confirmed their commitment to excellent customer service by running the program again to this year’s new recruits.
The Company Ambassador Programme covers all the key skills needed for vending people to give excellent customer service to their clients. It also trains delegates in how to handle difficult customer situations and ensure that they leave the customer with a positive impression of their employers by using the Larry Star system.
Peter Wilson, MD of Cambridge Vending, told PV ‘the Company Ambassador Programme really helped to focus our staff on the importance of providing excellent customer service and we have no hesitation in repeating it this year for our new staff.’

Phil Millard, MD of the Vending Intelligence Agency said ‘it’s refreshing that companies like Cambridge Vending show their commitment to staff development by investing in an on-going training plan and the staff enthusiasm for great service really does come across during the training.’
After their success in the AVA Vending Industry Awards, (Louise Doggett winning ‘Best Route Operator’) and their on-going commitment to staff development and excellent customer service who knows how many awards Cambridge Vending will win next year.
