In a year that sees Cambridge vending celebrating its 30th Anniversary, the company has announced ‘an important addition to the team’ by the appointment of Fiona Bowden as Operations Manager.
‘Fiona brings a wealth of vending industry experience and expertise to the role and she will help us achieve our growth plans in this Anniversary year’, Managing Director Peter Wilson said. ‘We’ve gone through a rigorous recruitment process and saw some great candidates from inside and outside the industry, but Fiona’s experience and her positive can-do attitude made her the ideal choice.’
Fiona said: ‘I’m excited about joining such a well-established and successful company and I’m looking forward to the new challenge of having a real impact in the operations team.’
Phil Millard from BlueStorm Development helped in the recruitment process and will also help with Fiona’s induction and training. ‘Fiona will be a great asset to Cambridge Vending and being involved with Fiona in her 3 month induction plan is a real pleasure and an indication of how much value Cambridge Vending put into training and developing their staff’, he said.
