Vending machine refurbishment specialists Excalibur embraced their proud Black Country roots at the NIVO Seminar & Racing Event this week.
As the venue was in the heart of the Black Country (and on Excalibur’s doorstep) at Wolverhampton Racecourse, they decided to give out a few little Black Country delights within their ‘Goody Bags’ for all attendees.
The team gave away Excalibur branded metal desk phone holders, representing the areas strong tradition for manufacturing and metalwork; a CD of everyone’s favourite Black Country band Slade, a bag of delicious pork scratchings and to wash them down with…? A bottle of Banks’s beer, brewed locally in Wolverhampton!
Excalibur’s Sales & Marketing Manager, Ryan Harper, explains, “We are extremely proud of our Black Country history. Within this region, we pride ourselves on straight-talking common sense and hard work; hence our company motto, ‘Honesty & Reliability with Black Country Pride’. Therefore, we were delighted to offer NIVO members a little bit of what makes this area special to us.”
