As we prepare to tackle the cold winter months ahead, the UK’s largest vending, water and coffee exhibition, AVEX 2015, is spreading warmth after freezing its stand prices until the end of the year. The AVA has also introduced a ‘buy now and pay next year’ offer, allowing exhibitors to secure their stand for a deposit  of just 10%, with their invoice deferred until 2015.

Rosie Mills, AVEX 2015 show manager, says these unique deals reflect the innovative and unparalleled plans they have in store for next year’s event, which has been universally dubbed the show’s best ever.

Rosie comments: “Since planning for AVEX 2015 began, we’ve continued to innovate, introducing a new website, an exciting new show theme and fabulous guest speakers. So now we’re thrilled to unveil our pre-Christmas stand price freeze, which will directly benefit potential exhibitors who want to join other leading industry exhibitors including Mars UK and Douwe Egberts.”
Until 31 December 2014, the AVA member’s price has been frozen at £199 per SQM, the non-member rate will stay at £299 per SQM and the EDWCA rate of £249 per SQM will remain. After this date, the prices will increase to the normal post-ballot rate.

As a further incentive, the cost of stand electrics and branded panels has been cut. And to complete the line-up, every company that books before the end of 2014 will be automatically entered into a prize draw to be revealed in the New Year.

“This is the first time in the show’s history that we’ve introduced such fantastic offers”, Rosie said, ‘so we’re urging the vending, water and HORECA industries to get involved before it’s too late!” With less than 40 per cent of stand space now remaining, AVEX 2015 is already proving to be the most successful event in its history.
