Excel Vending Director John MacDonald has spoken of his ‘delight’ at being awarded the accolade of ‘Centre of Excellence’ by Vendman. ‘In our opinion, Vendman is the leading vending software on the market, and ‘Centre of Excellence’ is a title held by only 13 vending companies in the UK’, he told PV.
‘Excel Vending has been a Vendman Partner for more than 15 years’, Vendman Director Daniel Hamby said. ‘The company has put Vendman technology at the core of the business, in order to provide customers throughout the UK with the service they demand. We welcome Excel as a Centre of Excellence Partner in recognition of the way the company has developed best practice. ‘Best practice’ is an overused phrase, however, in Excel’s case there’s a constant desire to achieve it.
‘Whether it be real time stock and cash information from pioneering Smartphone technology, monitoring of repeat service calls, or managing of business processes through real time alerts, we understand that this cannot be managed by instinct alone’, John said. ‘It’s our goal to provide vending services in the most efficient way possible. The most recent project we implemented focused not only on business efficiency, but also on supported our desire to improve our environmental efficiency.We constantly review route schedules in order to reduce mileage and overall carbon footprint without compromising on the requirement to deliver the key products to the machines when the customer needs them.
